The Predictive Dialer solution from Vioteck has provided untold benefits to my call center but I think I was most impressed by how simple and easy to use they made the Administration Portal. First of all it is important to note that the entire system is web-based and hosted and makes use of a flash-based interface that makes everything so simple and effective. Our agents can now call out 5 lines each, which has increased our productivity substantially over simple manual dialing, and the agents have a simple and easy to use portal of their own. What impressed me so much about the Administration Portal was that it allowed me to manage so much myself without having to rely on several people to provide me with password creation and management or agent script set ups. There is no need to call a support number or rely on support staff to change how my agents or I connect to the dialer or change user names. I also receive reports, statistics and graphs directly from the dialer or I can have them sent to my email account, which makes administration even easier because I can make operational changes quickly this way as well. I am so thankful for the Predictive Dialer from Vioteck.
