There are so many things about the Predictive Dialer from Vioteck that I find impressive: the fact that neither my agents or I have to manually dial contacts is of course one obvious benefit, and we can now reach 5 times as many contacts per call per agent as we used to thanks to the Predictive Dialer. Management of leads and campaigns for both my agents and myself is made extremely simple thanks to the flash-based interface that Vioteck uses to run the dialing program. We can easily set up our own internal Do Not Call lists and no longer have to worry about uploading the same contact over and over again for different campaigns, because the Predictive Dialer allows us to use all of our contacts for multiple campaigns. The Predictive Dialer also features fantastic technology such as the Advanced Answering Machine Detection, which eliminates answering machines, busy numbers and disconnected numbers so that we can talk to live customers and therefore increase our productivity. All of these benefits are included for a low monthly fee in a monthly service agreement, which means that a long term contract and commitment are not required to take advantage of this wonderful system. I am exceptionally pleased with all that the Hosted Predictive Dialer Program from Vioteck has to offer.
