Predictive Dialer Reports

I am very impressed by the capabilities of the Predictive Dialer program from Vioteck. The Predictive Dialer includes all of the features I have come to expect from a Predictive Dialer, such as being able to dial up to 5 contacts simultaneously per agent and the technology to determine a live individual has answered the call, but there is also so much more that separates Vioteck’s Predictive Dialer program from all of the others. Because the Predictive Dialer from Vioteck is hosted and web-based my agents and I are able to send emails to contacts directly from the dialer system. I can also listen in live to my agents when they are on calls to aid in training and quality control. I am especially impressed by the reports the Predictive Dialer provides. The interface allows me to easily click on a campaign and view detailed reports from right in the dialer or I can have reports sent to my personal email account in CSV spreadsheet format to be opened and viewed in Excel for example. I can also upload reports directly to my CRM because the Predictive Dialer works with the software I already have, which is so easy and convenient. I am a huge fan of the Predictive Dialer from Vioteck and recommend it to everyone I know in the call center industry.
