Web-Based Dialing Program

So what is the benefit of choosing Vioteck over other companies offering dialing programs? All I know is that I have experienced many benefits from using hosted dialing solutions from Vioteck that I was unable to get from any other provider. The first major difference I noticed was the fact that set up was free with Vioteck.
